« Family members had shoes socks and watches stolen from the pool side covered by cctv staff could not care less about it this was 3:30 pm we were told someone would take a look by 7:30pm Staff in the restaurant were very rude We went to eat no one on the door no signs to say to wait to be seated in french or English so we went and sat at a empty table to be abruptly told next time you wait to sit or we would not get served Our premium van was dirty the last family’s rubbish in the bins freezer had stuff in it And to top it off one of the kids beds had bed bugs Told it was a cashless site arcades are cash / laundry room is cash so not a cashless site I use a few Eurocamp sites This one just feels like we as the paying guest are a burden on the staff This is not a eurocamp site I would return to or recommend »

« A great place to stay, with bars, a restaurant, snack bars and pools that are great fun. However the place seems to be in the middle of no where. Therefore the need for bikes is essential if you want travel out without taking your vehicle. The bike hire on camp is 30€ per day per bike and an extra 350€ deposit on top. Needless to say there were plenty of bikes available/stood idle throughout our stay. The toilets could also do with extra cleaning/topping up of loo roll during busy periods. »

« This is our 5th visit to a Yelloh campsite (4th site). Like all other sites, the site and staff at Mar Guernehue were exceptional; we would come back. »

« Everything was absolutely fine. Importantly the bed was very comfortable. The home was clean and tidy on arrival. And equiped with TV with a few english channels! Site staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant and its staff also great. No issues whatsoever. »

« Brilliant team , great shop , good location for cycling , good pitch sizes - good showers loos etc Indoor Pools very crowded even in May but outdoor pools away from slides quiet and pleasant »

« this was our 2nd year here and the campsite upgraded the water park since last year and the kids loved it. we love staying here. »

« Nice place . Ideal for families. Not enough attention to dog waste bins around the site. Waste bins are located by the main gate to the site - a long walk if you do not have transport. Crazy golf is in need of tender care and cleaning. . A lot of tree fruit fall on pitches. Ok it is that time of the year when fruit falls! Pitches were uneven and void of grass after a long hot summer. The rain turned them to mud. Perhsps consider all weather level pitches for caravans and motorhomes.. really enjoyed the place and the friendly. Hardworking staff, in all areas of the facilties. All so polite snd helpful. »

« Very clean around the pool areas. Window sills in the restaurant could have been cleaner. Very noisy on our last evening through a large male group partying until 4am. Food excellent and facilities great. »

« We did enjoy the site it was clean and good location But our hot tub was no where near warm enough we did ask to have it turned up but it still wasn’t hot for this time of year.also there was a fusty smell from the tub/cover. We did ask for a couple of extra pillows and were told there were none available on site any where which seems odd as there was a lot of chalets/cabins closed and it was low season so that wasn’t very helpful !! »

« Indoor and outdoor pool was amazing, restaurant food average. Showers and toilets were very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pitches where we stayed with our motorhome had everything we needed but needs improving, hedges, trees were over grown and hardstanding piches would be a big improvement. »

« Excellent site and facilities, great for young families or grandparents looking after the wee ones. As older couple with no kiddywinks it was just fine. If you like easy going friendly staff then you'll e this place We can highly recommend the restaurant and bar, simple fayre but excellent quality. Reception upon arrival were organised and efficient, they had everything ready for us and we were in and out in around 3 minutes, much the same when we departed. Would we recommend? Yes for families but not for couples as the area is very repetitive in what it has to offer. »
