« Lovely facilities and lovely park. Kids loved the pool - so many slides. All staff lovely. Food in restaurant is really good. Only complaint is that on Thursday night at 3am there was loud noise outside our caravan (think it was moving in new caravans) it went on for over an hour. It woke us all and we had a long very tired drive the next day to ferry port to get back home! Thought this was bad out of the campsite. »

« The very best campsite we have stayed at for its facilities, although perhaps more could be done to encourage the use of the bar in the evenings as, being mid sept and towards the end of season, it was empty almost all the time. »

« All the family had a great time! Chalet was perfect for six adults, pool and slides were great fun, the campsite had a lot to offer everyone and is in a great location. »

« One of the best sites we have been to. Would have been good if the snack bar was open in the evenings rather than having to go to the restaurant but understand it's quieter season. The mattresses were very hard in our cottage. That was the only bad thing! »

« The pool provided hours and hours of fun, and the playgrounds, video games, and shows in the evening were also greatly enjoyed. The camping pitch was large and the shared bathroom facilities were very clean and provided a nice amount of privacy. There were fun activities to choose from all throughout the day - many still left for us to explore in future visits! Overall, this was a great place to come as a family with young children - great facilities, plentiful activities, and an excellent value for the money. Thank you! »

« We had a brilliant time. The holiday village is packed with great facilities, especially the amazing pools and slides—better than anything we’ve found outside a full water park. The accommodation had everything we needed, and the on‑site restaurant was a real highlight. »

« Our apartment was spotless and well maintained. The waterpark and play facilities were perfect for the kids and adults alike. We did the tree climbing but wish we knew we could have done the zip line course too but was little instructions given but we still had fun. We loved the poney ride for the kids we had a fabulous holiday. »

« Camping pitches - 3 flowers - were excellent size. Facilities were first class as was the service & welcome from the staff. However accessibility to sanitation blocks/site facilities was challenging for my mother. We didn’t expect the site to located on a hillside. This meant that we found it hard to use the site facilities as much as we would have liked due to the uphill climb to use them & mobility issues experienced by my Mother. The campsite would do well to highlight the fact that the site isn’t flat. »

We are delighted to read that you particularly appreciated the size and quality of your pitch, our facilities, the cleanliness of the campsite, our Kids’ and Teens’ Clubs, entertainment, restaurant and, above all, the welcome and service provided by our team. We were, however, sorry to read your comments regarding the location of your pitch and the difficulties your mother experienced in accessing the sanitary facilities. When making your booking, you selected our preferred pitch option and specifically requested to be located next to Mr Richard Meade and Mrs Tina Pride. We took this request into account and allocated your pitch accordingly. Your pitch was also located in one of the flat areas of the campsite. For this reason, we are a little surprised by your comment regarding the “uphill climb” to reach the sanitary facilities since you were staying in the flat section of the campsite. We nevertheless fully understand that even relatively short distances or changes in level can be more challenging for someone with reduced mobility. Had we been informed when booking of your mother’s mobility difficulties, our team could also have advised you on the most suitable location according to her specific needs. « As a family of 5 we had a great stay here. It is a lovely, well kept site and the family are always visible and happy to help. The staff are all hard working and any small problems, such as lost property items, dealt with quickly. The slides and lazy river in the pool area was very popular with my children (and us adults!) My only complaint there woulx be that the sunbeds around the lazy river need replacing as some are broken and are old and uncomfortable. »
